- slide leg up to double knee hang, hook leg that just slid – straight leg in front of hop for shape – ne hand on
- double knee hang > high back balance > wine glass
- pull leg up for pushed off seat > swoop to profile seat , grab up top – side star(I think weve lost her)
- pull in for iron fanny – 1
- pull leg through for regular seat – set up for gazelle, normal legs (thin side)
- straighten to jade split (bad side)
- allegra legs (this would be a good time) to GAZELLE DROP
- double knee hang – come back up profile seat (count in)
- (the sky is….) cocoon/[pinup backbalance
- keep hands on – arabesque
- full straddle back to ankle hang
