  •  pull in for iron fanny – 1
  • pull leg through for regular seat – set up for gazelle, normal legs (thin side)
  • straighten to jade split (bad side)
  •  allegra legs (this would be a good time) to GAZELLE DROP
  • double knee hang – come back up profile seat (count in)
  • (the sky is….) cocoon/[pinup backbalance
  • keep hands on – arabesque
  • full straddle back to ankle hang
