Luxury Loyalty
In 2022 Lindsey led a small design team while working with a global tech & design firm’s Luxury Retail clients — one of the largest, privately held real estate companies in the United States, to launch an upgraded Loyalty Program with blockchain integration on linked card transactions through a progressive web app.

She also collaborated with a strategic brand team and spearheaded the final brand look and feel into a tokenized web brand identity with all supporting collateral while ensuring a smooth launch promotion and adherence to a firm-governed steering committee program launch plan.
Documenting the brand
In the screens above we see samples from an extensive powerpoint deck that was released in iterations that tied to the agile schedule of the project as various features were formally approved across stakeholders.
Rewards right away
The web app sign up and onboarding experience, having been extensively mapped out in flows and wireframes, is streamlined and gated to annonymous and unauthenticated users. In these screens, we see a post-registration message with immediate perceived value presented with a sign-up offer; a pin code validating identity via text message; and a signup progress step card.
Running "Future Frames" workshops with stakeholders
A Future Frames workshop focuses on imagining and co-creating the future state through pre-planned and facilitated activities with stakeholders that encourage ideas and suspends reservation about the way the company “does it now” by asking participants to picture their own future for the outcome.
Lindsey designed the exercises and facilitated the workshop which focused on generating the on-site geotagged features that would enable based on which property the loyalty member was physically located.
